A Life-Saving Act of Kindness — Emergency A‑Negative Blood Donation 🌼

Date: 15 February 2022 (Tuesday)

This morning, an urgent situation unfolded at Sian Hospital’s Blood Bank. Due to a shortage of blood, the hospital contacted the nearby organization প্রত্যাশা তোমার আমার সবার through Khaleq Da of Pratyasha, our Secretary Mr. Ranadeb Das was informed about a critical case.

A mother named Mariam Begum (42) was admitted with her hemoglobin dangerously low at 5.3, and she required A‑Negative blood immediately

Understanding the seriousness, our Secretary contacted Sunny Roy Chowdhury, a college-going youth. Despite being at college, Sunny did not hesitate for a moment. He came directly from college to Sian Hospital and voluntarily donated blood, saving the mother’s life.

Deeply moved by the work of Spandan Foundation, Sunny decided to become a member of Spandan Foundation on the same day. Young people with such compassionate minds are truly the pillars of our society. We are proud and grateful to have him with us.

Thank you, Sunny — your contribution today is an inspiration to many.
Wishing you good health and a bright future ahead.
