When communities come together in times of crisis, humanity shines its brightest. A few days prior, a crucial meeting was held with all the voluntary organizations of Kirnahar under the guidance of the Honorable Pradhan of Kirnahar 1 No. Gram Panchayat, Shri Shibaram Chatterjee, to plan relief support for the flood-affected people of Sundarpur, Nanoor.

🤝 Collective Effort for the Flood-Affected
Every organization present in the meeting wholeheartedly agreed to stand beside the flood victims. As planned, on the auspicious day of Mahalaya, essential relief materials were distributed among the affected families. These included flattened rice (chire), puffed rice (muri), biscuits, Horlicks, clothes, sarees, and lungis, providing much-needed support during a difficult time.

Although Spandan Foundation had its own Sharadiya Gift program scheduled on the same day and could not be physically present, we stood united in spirit and contributed to this noble cause to the best of our ability. Being part of such a meaningful collective initiative is a matter of pride for us.

🙏 Gratitude and Acknowledgement
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Honorable MLA of Nanoor Assembly Constituency, Shri Bidhan Chandra Majhi, under whose supervision and guidance the entire relief operation was successfully completed.
