📍 Kirnahar Station Para
🏥 Organized by: Spandan Foundation, Muktangan Sports Association & Kirtan Committee
Ahead of International Thalassemia Day, a unique and meaningful initiative was held at Kirnahar Station Para — a combined event of blood donation and devotional kirtan, blending humanity with spirituality.
This special camp was jointly organized by Spandan Foundation, Muktangan Sports Association, and the local Kirtan Committee to raise awareness about Thalassemia and the importance of voluntary blood donation.

🍁 Inspiring Participation
The camp saw an impressive turnout, with around 45 voluntary blood donors stepping forward to contribute.
It was especially encouraging to see several women donors actively participating, making the event even more impactful.
Their willingness to donate highlighted the growing sense of responsibility and compassion within the community.
🎁 Honouring the Donors
To recognize and appreciate their contribution, each blood donor was gifted:
- A tiffin packet
- A green sapling 🌱
- A memento
- A certificate of appreciation
These tokens symbolized gratitude for their life‑saving act and encouraged more people to come forward in the future.
💌 A Step Towards a Healthier Future
This event beautifully showcased the power of collective effort.
By combining cultural devotion with social responsibility, the organizers created an atmosphere of unity, awareness, and service.
Such initiatives are crucial in supporting Thalassemia patients who rely on regular blood transfusions.
Every drop of donated blood is a step toward giving someone a chance at life.
