🗓️ Date: Wednesday, 10th March 2021
📍Location: Devrup Nibas Old Age Home, Muluk Village (near Bolpur), Birbhum
Yesterday marked the second wedding anniversary of Zulfikar and Kismatara, members of Kirnahar Spandan Foundation. Instead of celebrating the day with grandeur, the couple chose a path of compassion and service—making their special day truly meaningful.
Joined by Spandan Foundation, they visited Devrup Nibas Old Age Home in Muluk village, near Bolpur, carrying gifts of care and love. For the 35 elderly mothers and fathers residing there, they provided essential and thoughtful items such as bed sheets, gamchas, new clothes, chocolates, and more. The celebration was completed by sharing sweets with everyone, filling the atmosphere with warmth and joy.
🤍 Honouring Selfless Intentions
Spandan Foundation proudly honored the couple for their noble mindset and heartfelt initiative. In addition, special recognition was presented to Tapas Pal and Payel Pal, the dedicated founders and caretakers of Devrup Nibas, for their selfless efforts in building and running the old age home with compassion and commitment.

🌱 A Different Way to Celebrate
This inspiring gesture reminds us that personal happiness becomes even more meaningful when shared with those who are often forgotten. Choosing to stand beside people left behind by the flow of society is a powerful message—and Spandan Foundation stands firmly with such values.
